I don't get it?

I get it, and so will most Canadians. Sponsorship anybody?

All they need to do is shop in a pic of Paul Desmarais and the Liberal cabal would be complete.

Have a great time in the political wilderness Liberal thieves.

Bring on the election!

I just don't see it. Canadians don't want another election on sponsorship, and they believe Dion is honest.

Why is it that the left always feels that it can speak for all Canadians? I personally find it very annoying.

Anon 11:11, your post should read:

I just don't see it. I don't want another election on sponsorship, and I believe Dion is honest.

Canadians cannot be allowed to forget that the Liberal party STOLE alot of taxpayer money. As well they must be reminded that, behind the curtain the same bunch of self serving, power hungry criminals are still calling the shots. I think the ad does that quite well.

This slogan is obviously an attempt by the Liberals to improve Dion's image as a leader. He polls through the floor on leadership issues, and they're trying to counter that. "The buck stops here" sounds decisive, and highlights Dion as a leader willing to take responsibility (ie: taking ownership over the Outremont defeat). And accompanying that with a poster of Dion front and centre with past liberal leaders is totally transparent.

Wow it seems I have hit a nerve.

The Conservatives are all about personal responsibility. This is how John Baird justified cuts to the wildlife fund.

John Baird "The current financial pressures come from many sources, but a major factor was the $17.1 million cut agreed to by former Environment Minister Stéphane Dion in 2005."

2 and half years ago a Liberal minority government passed a budget with the help of, drum roll please, the Conservatives and that is why Conservatives are making those cuts. It is all the Liberals fault. By the way, how big was the last surplus?
