Koby said...: Every study ever done on user fees suggests that they drive costs up not down. People do avoid going to the doctor, but small problems go undiagnosed and as a result morph into big costly ones.

There is also no evidence whatsoever that visits to the doc are driving medical costs.; 6:15 pm
