Not a Minority but not a Majority either

Holy Crop. The Crop poll makes a Quebec a whole lot more interesting. I do not think this will be the last update. I suspect I will be moving more Bloc seats to the NDP and possibly some Liberal ones as well. As things stand, I have the Conservatives plus Arthur at 154 and Liberals, NDP and Bloc at 154. Imagine that.

If that is the case, how does a tie vote play out when voting for a Speaker? Would the GG break the tie?

Keep in mind also that in the event of a tie on votes in the House, the Speaker will break that tie as well, so each side, Government and Opposition, will be pushing for the Speaker to be from their party.
